CURRENT COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Since the first days of the pandemic, Raue Center has made safety its top priority. We are happy to join terrific organizations like League of Chicago Theaters, Theatre Communications Group (TCG), and Actors Equity Association (AEA) to make our community safer as we all reopen!

In accordance with current CDC and Illinois Department of Public Health guidance, Raue Center For The Arts will now require all patrons, regardless of vaccination status, to wear masks for indoor performances and events until further notice. Raue Center will also continue to offer social distancing with regard to seat assignments.  While masks are encouraged for outdoor performances, they are not required at this time.

In a greater effort to keep our patrons, staff, artists, and volunteers safe; patrons ages 12 and older are required to provide proof* of full vaccination status OR proof of a negative COVID test within 72 hours of attending indoor shows or events at Raue Center. Please note that government mandates and venue protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements (e.g., any related timing windows and acceptable type(s) of proof), may vary, and are subject to change. Please check this page for the most up-to-date info regarding Covid-19 safety protocols.

Questions or concerns? Please contact our Box Office at 815-356-9212.

The most effective measures for preventing the further spread of COVID-19 are

  • getting vaccinated,
  • staying home when you are sick,
  • maintaining physical separation between other people while out in public,
  • and frequently washing your hands with either soap and water or an alcohol-based hand rub.

We thank you for your patience and cooperation as we strive toward a safe return to full operations.

PROOF OF VACCINATION: Official vaccine card, photo of vaccination card, or digital proof from provider website will be accepted. To find digital proof, you may want to contact your provider or visit the Illinois Dept of Public Health.
