We all know it’s been a wild year…and we want to hear your stories! In this class, our students will put together monologues and scenes reflecting on the good, the bad and the truly crazy times we’ve been through in the last year as we stayed inside–and we’ll be workshopping them together and creating characters that will tell these stories live in our final showcase performance! From virtual school to quarantining with family, from Zoom mishaps to new hobbies, we will explore new works written by playwrights as well as crafting our own original work–and we’ll put it all together on Zoom for a virtual “showcase” performance for friends and family!

Details:
Students will be emailed a Zoom link to use for class each week, at least 24 hours prior to class. If you do not receive the link, please email us at education@rauecenter.org and we will resend. This link is good for ALL participants in your household, but we ask that you do not share the link with others outside of your home or post on social media. Students will also be emailed an outline for their character each week–do NOT share with any other students in the class as we work to solve the mystery together!
