We are excited to kick off our 8th annual 6×6 PROJECT, which starts January 5, 2026. Artists of all ages and abilities are invited to participate by creating original works of art in a variety of mediums on 6×6” canvases.
All artwork submitted to the 6×6 PROJECT will be available for viewing online and can be bid on in an online auction starting June 13, 2026.
The 6×6 PROJECT will finish with a public reception at Raue Center For The Arts on the evening of June 27, 2026. Artists and the community are invited to attend the reception to view the art in a full mosaic installation featuring all submissions and bid on the art.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Visit Raue Center’s box office or one of the partner locations below. Complete a participation form and obtain a canvas (maximum of 2 per artist) for a $5 donation. (Hours of operation may vary.)

Create an original work of art on the 6” x 6” canvas. You can use any medium – paints, markers, clay, photography, mixed media, etc. All the details are on the Participation Rules you will receive with your canvas.
When your art is completed, drop it off at Raue Center’s box office OR one of our partner locations before the deadline, May 15, 2026. All art received will be photographed and added to the online auction site.
IMPORTANT 2026 DATES
- Jan 5 through May 1 – Canvases available to artists.
- May 15 – Canvases due back from artists.
- May 24 – Artist statements final due date.
- June 13 – Online bidding starts!
- June 27 – 6×6 Reception from 5:30-8 pm.
