Volunteer

Volunteering is a great way to becomes involved with Raue Center. The Friends of Raue Center is an organization of more than 400 volunteers who contribute thousands of hours of service at the theatre each year. On the days of performances, volunteers serve as guides directing foot traffic as well as assist in the concession areas. Behind the scenes, they work in the theatre’s administrative offices, performing tasks necessary to the theatre’s continuing operation.

The volunteer program welcomes individuals who meet the following requirements, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation or national origin. Applicants must be:

• At least 16 years of age;
• Willing to commit to one full season of service as a volunteer;
• Willing to attend and complete all aspects of the orientation and training period; and
• Willing to commit to a minimum of two four-hour shifts during a season.
