Ticket Exchange

Tickets may be exchanged for another Raue Center event within the season year. Simply present your tickets to the Raue Center Box Office at least one business day before your purchased performance and select the new performance you would like to attend. If the new performance has a higher ticket price, the purchaser is responsible for the difference; if the new performance has a lower ticket price the difference is non-refundable. There is a service charge of $5.00 for each ticket exchanged. If you prefer, you may also exchange your tickets for a tax-deductible contribution to Raue Center’s Under the Stars Annual Campaign or for a credit voucher to be used later in the current season. Ticket exchanges will not be allowed after an event has occurred.

Student Tickets

Student tickets are for registered students 18 and over with a valid ID card. All student ticket holders must show a valid ID card at the door when entering Raue Center.

Cancelled Performances

If a performance is cancelled, return your tickets to the Raue Center Box Office for a full refund or exchange toward another Raue Center event. Refunds are granted only for cancelled performances.

Lost Tickets

If tickets are lost, the Raue Center Box Office will issue a location pass to the ticket purchaser on record. Call the box office as soon as possible to arrange for your pass. Special Seating and Hearing Devices

Raue Center offers special seating arrangements and hearing devices for patrons with disabilities. Please call the box office at 815.356.9212 to make arrangements prior to the performance.

Late Seating Policy

All performances start promptly at the time listed on the ticket. Raue Center is an intimate 800-seat house. Due to the configuration of our theatre and to avoid disturbing other patrons, we may not be able to seat you immediately. House staff will seat latecomers at the first appropriate pause in the program.

Electronic Courtesy

Cameras and recording devices of any type are not permitted at any Raue Center performance. Violators are subject to removal. Please remember to turn off all pagers, electronic watch alarms and cellular phones before entering the theatre. Please be mindful that the illumination from cellular phones, PDA’s and other electronic devices cause a glare and can interfere with performances.

Food and Beverages

A variety of food and beverages are available in the theatre lobby. Food and beverages are not allowed in the theatre. Outside food and drink are not permitted.

Emergency Phone Number

An emergency phone is located with the house staff during performances. The caller must provide your name and seat location (level, section, row and seat number). An usher will then find you and notify you of the call. The emergency phone number is 815.356.9212.
